      SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

      How long does shipping take?

      All orders take between 1-2 business days for processing before being dispatched. *NOTE: During new releases, and holidays there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time.

      Transit times vary based upon the following conditions:

      • Total distance between the Warehouse and you within the US (Only).

       

      How much does shipping cost?

      DELIVERY TIMES & PRICES in $US

      US Standard $8.00 (2 - 8 Business days)

      US Express $15.00 (1 - 3 Business days)

      I entered in the incorrect address; what do I do?

      Please contact us right away; we begin processing orders right away but we may be able to change the address if caught soon enough.

      Where is my package?

      Please check the associated tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. Keep in mind Legends to keep tracking your package with your local carrier (using the same tracking number). Any inquires on the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through the tracking number.

      My package was lost/stolen/damaged; what do I do?

      If you think that your package was lost or stolen or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Once the claim is filed, please contact us with your reference at legends@norrisnuts.com

       

      ORDERING QUESTIONS:

      Can I make changes to my order after I purchase?

      In some cases, we begin processing orders immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel, alter, change or merge your order(s) once submitted. If you decide you do not want the merchandise, you can return your order by mail.

       

      What if an item I order goes out of stock?

      If an item goes out of stock after your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that you’ve been refunded. You will only be charged for items that ship.

      I can't seem to purchase from my country?

      The US Norris Nuts Shop is for US residents only

      RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

      How do I make a return?

      If you wish to return an item for any reason, please follow these steps below:

       

      To download the Returns Form please request it to legends@norrisnuts.com and include the form in the package of the item(s) you are returning.

       

      Please indicate on the Form if you are requesting a return for an Exchange or due to a faulty product.

       

      Norris Nuts Merchandise will only cover the cost of shipping on a return where the item is deemed faulty or you were sent the incorrect item by us.
